    Greater damage and amputation

Not sure if a post has already been made on this topic but I will give it a try.
I believe that it will give the game a much deeper sence of war if we get a greater damage model. If we take a look at the M&B damage for exampel, well you get red and fall over thats it. We should get way more detailed damage, entry and exile hole for the bullet. And if you take a cannonball to the face? Well your damn head is gone mate. It would add a ton to the game if we had a greater damage model with amputations, and it would make the game 100 times more realistic

I don't think anything besides melee will allow you to take more than 1 hit.

i think the greater damage models are a great idea however there not doing amputations as that takes doctors which would be another Non fighting character

I do not concern myself about that, but to be always ready, no matter when it may overtake me. Captain, that is the way all men should live, and then all would be equally brave".- Thomas Jonathan Jackson

I'd like to see an incapacitated state:

as it's a good compromise and could be a Gameplay friendly mechanic.

Most of the arguments about getting hit say if you were hit anywhere you'd be out of the fight so having an incapacitated state like in the Video (where you can either try to crawl to safety to be stabilized and despawned to save your team tickets) or just press a button to Die and go back into the spawn queue.

they have something similar in Squad (if you get incapacitated you can either wait for a Medic to revive you or press the 'Give up' button and go back into the Spawn queue).

imo, they should take aspects of both these systems (crawling around while incapacitated and something similar to Squads Medic system) but not to get Players back on their feet and fighting but to stabilize and then 'extract' them from the Battlefield.

Another incentive to be 'stabilized' could be speeding up the spawn time of your next Spawn.

    As an example:

Hits to the head and Chest are outright Kills, Hits to the abdomen are most likely Kills but a small chance of putting you in an incapacitated state and hits in the Limbs have the highest chance of putting your character in an incapacitated state.

I think it'd be a good feature and like I say, a good compromise.
