    Have you considered moving from Buenos Aires? (j/k)

    I'm not sure of the quality of the internet there. It could be possible that connectivity via the various providers that your signal has to go through may be an issue.

    What I'm saying is that it may not be something that your system is incapable of ... and it may be out of your hands.

    Trust me I have considered moving out of here and am currently fighting for a spot in an exchange program (I'll even take Russia over this place).
    Since I have been able to play massive multiplayer games such as Planetside 2 I figured my network was capable to have some sort of stable connection.

    To be fair I think the highest download speed I have gotten is about 400kbs so you might as well be right.

    O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done,
    The ship has weathered every rack, the prize we sought is won,
    The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
    While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;
    But O heart! heart! heart!
    O the bleeding drops of red,
    Where on the deck my Captain lies,
    Fallen cold and dead.

    Segment from "O captain! My captain!" by Walt Whitman (1819-1892)
