    Staff rank

Perhaps making it where the first sergeant can also edit the company. I don't know if the owner and officers can set it to only them, but they said the company tool only allows for 2cdLT and above to edit anything.

Any changes you need to make, surely you can just talk to your lieutenants and captain, you would want to clear it with them anyways.... shouldn't be an issue whatsoever.

Have you lived off of poor rations, dehydrated, in horrible boots and feared for your life while running half a mile and then brought your sights up? If you can answer yes to those questions I'll consider your suggestion to reduce aim sway. -Trusty

They can. In the company options, the owner of the company can set the "Minimum Staff Rank" to whatever they want, even Recruit. Someone who has the minimum staff rank can enlist, promote, change roles, etc.

If the officers wanted you to change things, they would've already hooked you up
