Question Cold Gear in the future?

There has been recent discussion about this and I am curious as to if and when this will be implemented into the game.

What could make the cold gear pretty cool (no pun intended) is if you shake a little if you don't have it on in the winter setting.

Locking thread; veering wildly off-topic here, and we're a very long way from seeing cold-weather clothing being implemented.
