The company tool and the forum are separate. you don't buy your rank in-game, it's not that type of game lol. if you want to get an officer position you must 1. start a company or 2. work hard and get it! both are good!

There should be an email in ether junk or your inbox and it should tell you all the steps!

Yeah! They sent you a Steam Key which you can activate through the Steam Client, that will install the game for you. Let us know if you need anything else.
