Confederates Wearing Federal Uniforms During The Battle

I read somewhere that some units of Confederates wore federal uniforms that they captured at Harper's Ferry.

Will this be in game too?

I know that some Louisiana Regiments wore captured uniforms, but I can't remember if it was this battle. Mostly they just wore the pants and not the coats.

Have a look at the 12th south carolina ingame. It was also featured in a field report. There you can see their federal uniforms and equipment

Question, for one of the officers for the 12th it looks like his shoulder insignia is that of a colonel in the short lived Army of SC, with a single palmetto in the middle with the top of the tree facing inward, is that what it is or not?
