Anyone out there with good moderating skills?

Hi there gents, me and my regiment are running a forum: www.5thlareg.tk and I'm in dire need of some good moderators willing to take up an administrative role, the role includes things like: Keeping the forum clean from any offensive and disruptive material, moving application threads to their desired "ACCEPTED" and "DENIED" sub-boards and much more, there are 3 types of administrative roles in the regiment forum:
A1, A2 and A3 all having slightly different roles.
