Binoculars - telescope for officers ?

Are binoculars or telescope for officers, something devs consider ?

Spoting enemies and directing the fire, is half a fight.

I don't remember what the developers stated, but I do remember hearing that it will be implemented. I don't see why not though.

I did not typed anything about not being aware of the condition or progress of the game. I just asked if it was something dev's considert.

Of course, I didn't perceive it that way either, was just reminding you that seeing as it's still this early in the game's development, it would be a really low priority thing to add. But yeah, I'm sure that they'll add it to the game at some point.
