As 'michaelsmithern' stated in your previous thread, you should receive an email with your code of which you can enter on Steam.

Very simply, when you enter Steam you must navigate to the three bars in the top left corner of the window. There, you will find an option titled, "Activate a Steam Code," or something to that effect. You enter your Steam Key in the email into there, and then voila! You have War of Rights ready for download.
