    Officer pistol aiming animation!

I have been playing around in the drill camp today and I cant beleive I missed this.... I also checked several pages back and cant find a mention of the strange anatomical position of the aiming arm of the officer. Also note the LOS appears incorrect.

A better anatomical position of the shooting and aiming arm, note the correct LOS!

****The muzzle flash also appears mid pistol

Yep, we're well aware of it.

    It's a skinning issue.

Arm injuries were quite common in the civil war. Our Fancy surgeon is trying to develop a cure.

Powders damp. Have to compensate a lot for that.

I was target shooting with a 45 Army on the beach once. Powder sucked up so much moisture that after 15 minutes I could actually see the ball traveling in an arc. By the time I gave up I think I could have out run the ball and caught it before it got to the target.

Looks like the original, "bugged" version might have actually been accurate.
