In the event that it becomes impossible to add large (even just 50v50) servers, or impossible to fill them, will "buffer" AI ever be considered? It would be ten times more realistic than a skeletom crew of a so called army.
I think they've pretty much decided that there will be no AI bots. Especially since a main feature of the game is organization through voice chat, which AI would be completely unable to do and would probably get in the way more than anything. It's too bad, I really wish a game like this could be made with a single-player campaign. Maybe some day.
From the FAQ:
I'd say that if the devs had changed their minds on this they would have announced it.Q: Will there be AI soldiers in War of Rights
A: At this stage in development, we have no plans of adding AI soldiers to War of Rights.
Never I say ...Never!
With these Current Numbers, and climbing, it should not be necessary ...

Activity is the issue and will likely be solved as we add Cavalry, Artillery and get closer to Launch.

I always thought that a sort of "wave defense" mode like what you see in Verdun would be interesting. Hopefully the devs will be able to counter the issues involved with having too many people on a server and you wont "need" bots.
yeah but those numbers are not on the server like todays there was maybe 30 on think AI would add to the realism in the mean time
wish commander mode released in SP training ,player act as a commander and lead a group AI,,,,that/s good but not appear in Multi-players game
