Question about movement animations and skirmishers

In the current build, the default way that the soldiers move is with a "proper" marching posture, with their musket against their shoulder and standing up perfectly straight. This has obviously been done with formation marching in mind, where men in units would indeed stand in such a way. However, when moving by oneself or in a loose formation this posture looks awkward and stiff, not at all like what you would expect for someone moving in a more casual manner. Because of this, I would like to know what the plans are for the future with movement animations. Are there plans for a more natural state of movement for infantry outside of formation? Thanks

We have no plans to add out of formation movements, no. If you really want to "loosen up" I suggest you use the melee stance.
