Through his abilities as leader shown during events and company drills, this man has displayed a willingness to learn and progress himself as a Non-Commissioned Officer to better his company and the men within. John Conner has been acting as the company Saddler for the past two weeks where he has assisted with the instruction of drill, recruitment of new troopers and lead the company in battle. For these reasons he is hereby promoted to the rank of Corporal."
