Other Server Options Than G-Portal?

Can we have other options for servers other than g-portal? For the life of me I can't figure out how to do recurring payments, my server lapsed as I was away and couldn't manage it and now my options are for servers in Frankfurt, London or Moscow. My bad on letting it lapse but this is unacceptable I can't get a server in my time zone which is U.S. East or anywhere in the Western Hemisphere for that matter.

About recurring payments. I think the way it works with them is that you have to add "Credit" to your account. I also see on your screenshot there is the Recharge Credit button on the left. So you pay whatever you want. And then it will keep charging the server fee from that credit each month, until the credit runs out and the server will again be cancelled. You probably also have to choose somewhere when ordering the server that it should charge from your credit.

This worked guys thank you. Why you can't go directly to their website and get a server in your hemisphere is beyond my understanding but I do appreciate the correct link.

It's overly confusing, yes.

Once you log in, for me it's a bar on the left under my user info where it says 'balance.' Basically you have to put money in there and have it set to extend so it charges that unlike normal sites which will just charge your card again at the time it's due if you have it permitted to do so.
