So what is the plan if the kickstarter does not reach its goal?

You could have the option of donating on your forum with simular prizes attached to the amount donated like on your kickstarter? I would donate more that way since I can donate what I did on the KS and do more over time when I can afford it

A lot of games get funded about this site and didnt reach their goal on kickstarter.
The positive aspect on indiegogo is that you get the money without reaching the goal.
This is just a proposal for you, but I think you get funded
I will donate more money on the last day in hope that everyone is going to do that.

Yes, you should try Iniegogo if Kickstarter fails, at this state they shouldn't give up on what they created + Indiegogo supports PayPal.
If they get same amount of money on Indiegogo as they did on Kickstarter, they would earn over 50k.
