History & Information
The 1st South Carolina Artillery was a regiment who fought in some of the most notable and prestigious civil war battles, sadly toward the end of the war the regiment was defeated at The Bull Run in Virginia. The Regiment was mostly comprised of Irish immigrants, most of whom had very little if any training, the significant amount of Irish members led to the Regiment gaining the nickname "The Irish Pounders".

The North and South regiment is apart of the 1st South Carolina Regiment amalgamation and is led by Lieutenant Irish-Joe, there is not much expected of any members but there are still basic rules like: No racism, no bullying, no sexism and no xenophobia. There are 3 entry requirements too: You must be able to attend most of the events, you must be able to speak fluent English, you must have teamspeak working on your PC.

The Regiment is currently new so there is a lot of opportunity for advancement however that also means there is more expected for attendance of events but the leaders are still very reasonable and we understand if you are unable to attend for good reasoning.

There are currently 2 batterys set up in the regiment, one is an EU based battery, the other is NA based. You can join either but you must be able to attend their events.

Welcome to the Confederacy my friend! If you don't mind me asking, are any of y'all actually from South Carolina ? Or are you the only person in the company right now?

The 1st South Carolina Artillery was not at Sharpsburg but you could easily change your name to artillery that was the like
1. German (SC) Artillery
2. Brooks(SC) Artillery
3.Macbeth (SC) Artillery
4.Pee Dee Artillery
5. Washington(SC) Battery

Those are the South Carolina Artillery units I found that were at Sharpsburg
