I would have posted this in the Taleworlds forums but I haven't done anything there and most of the line battle community is here anyway.

Now I have a question. I haven't been playing M&B long enough to know what native line battles are like so I would really like to know from community leaders what they have in mind when it comes to transferring the LB community from NW and NaS to M&B2, and what the battles will be like in general.

Now I have a suggestion. Can we do something based in early medieval Britain? With tons of different factions like Danes, Britions, Scots, Normans, and Welshmen, and you can mix them up into different alliances for tons of replay value. Like one battle can be Normandy and Denmark v Britain and Scotland, and the next can be Wales and Scotland v Denmark and Normandy.

Let me know what you think!:D

Also if anybody has any cool unit ideas go ahead and share. I was planing on a medieval take of a pike and shot unit.

They'll be more fun. Because, the community in M&B ist falling - the older the game gets. That's normal, so I believe that with M&B II a bunch of people will comeback and some new guys will fill the community. That means more regiments, bigger linebattles etc. . I don't know how many people will be able to play multiplayer on one server, but I hope that it'll be 200 (100 VS 100) or more again.

Also I hope, that some standards, made by the community, will change. P.e. the bonus System is used in like 1% (or less) of the linebattles. More gore would be great :P . And a new(more modern) artillery system would be great ^^ . And I hope that there will be a second world for dead players. Waiting 30 Minuten till the round ends and you can't do nothing is anoying, I'd love to see some fights or races or jump maps for the dead. :)

I know what NW and NaS line battles are like I've participated in them, I haven't played native linebattles though. Thanks for the input though and yes a world for dead players to play in would be great. I just can't wait for all the massive melee battles. Just think.:D

I hope the player count is made way bigger because then you can feel like you're in a real battle looking across a field and seeing perhaps 500+ people fighting

would you be able/ already make models for the mod now and then stick them into a mod on release? Or would you have to wait until you know what programmes you can use or what?

So are we going to play as real countries once M&B II releases or as the fake ones? I prefer the real ones as we already have an idea of what their like. For instance I know what a viking or an english knight is like, I know what weapons and armor they use, I know their culture, and because of that I can step into their shoes easier, but I have no idea what a swadian archer is like, and because of that I don't care about what I'm fighting for, and the battles would suffer because of that.

and if anybody needs it here's a list of noble titles to possibly use as ranks in the army.
Noble Titles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_and_noble_ranks)

I warn you their are a lot of ranks.
