This bug is very annoying and prevents me from participating in drills. Whenever a large group of people come within close proximity of each other and close ranks or form have any sort of contact, they jitter around wildly and I'm unable to see any formation at all. Other players don't see to see it as violently as I do. Here's is an example:

Other small bugs

I found another building with some grass on the floor (Confederate server)

Also, if you look up all the way and then freelook back all the way, you can see directly behind you

If your FPS is very low this might happen. The engine simply can't keep up with tracking the players locations. It can also happen if you haven't activated the window in which you play the game (also drastically lowering your FPS).

What sort of FPS do you have when you experience this and what's your hardware like?

My FPS is probably around 15 on minimum graphics and minimum resolution. I have an integrated GeForce GT 750M.

What's your processor? As it seems WoR mainly relies on your CPU. I have an amazing CPU but a horrible graphics card and I can run it okay (on medium/low at 800x600 and 1280x720 respectively).

I have an intel Core i7-4500U @ 1.80GHz and 8GB DDR3 RAM.

Huh. I'm going to say it's you only having a 1.80 GHz CPU. Far Cry 4's (Which is another Cryengine game, and I'd say looks much worse than WoR) Minimum requirements are 2+ GHz, so your CPU is far from good enough to run WoR effectively.

Technically, the Far Cry series runs on the Dunia I & II engines but those are very much related to CRYENGINE as they are basically modified CRYENGINES. :) I would also say that 1.8ghz sounds on the weak side. Do you run the game at the lowest possible settings?
