Hey NJ299,

Not sure if you've checked this or not, just trying to throw some ideas out there. I see in the above specs that it looks like you have an AOC 2752H monitor. Are the resolution setting that you have displayed (1920x1080@59Hz) the max specs of the monitor or what your current MS Windows resolution is set to? If this is not your OS setting, have you tried going into Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display -> Screen Resolution, and make sure the OS settings match what your monitor specs are. I also have a 2752H and I see that my settings are @60Hz and I do not have any problems. Maybe try bumping your OS up to 60Hz via the Advanced settings, Monitor tab on the above described control panel screen. There is a drop-down box for screen refresh rates.

Sorry if you've already tried this, but just trying to help.

So just did what you said, still no change... It's a bit concerning to me that this is lagging like this, and almost everyone I know who runs lower grade specs than I do, have better performance.

Just want to say all is well, I figured out the graphical error and things are working fine!
