Ok, so this happened to 113 User, not myself, but I guess I'm his spokesperson, so...
Anyway, when he plays War of Rights, this happens, (sorry for video quality it's on a phone)
5310

Anyway, it happens all the time, and this is apparently the least harsh version.
His PC specs are:

(Not the best I know)
Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Pentium G630 @ 2.70GHz49 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 532MHz (7-7-7-20)
Motherboard
ECS H61H2-CM (1155)28 °C
Graphics
2770 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 420 (Gigabyte)42 °C
Storage
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-9YN162 ATA Device (SATA)34 °C
Optical Drives
ATAPI iHAS124 C ATA Device
Audio
NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)

I bet it's because of his specs, but it shouldn't be doing this... because he can move easily.

EDIT: GIF won't work, sorry... but they are just teleporting everywhere.

Extreme player teleportation is due to your hardware not being able to keep up with synching the location of other clients.

What kind of hardware have you got?

His hardware, if you mean Specs, they are above. If not, then could you specify?

(Works for me fine, he just doesn't use the forums much... But it's [RT] 113User)

No, I'm asking for your hardware specifics. :)

Extremely bad framerate will make you see other player clients as teleporting.
