To all this concerns, the "Southern Independent Brigade" is looking for Federal units that are interested in participating in planned battles be they line battles or normal skirmishes for the purpose of training and bragging rights to be conducted on weekends, and when each group can field a decent number of men. If interested please PM me, and I will give you my steam details so that we may discuss and plan everything out. Unless y'all are cowards of course

Perhaps that one survivor from the 94th New York is spreading the word about last weekend?

Heck indeed I don't know. All I am getting is excuses about not being ready / need some more drilling. Guess they want to look good for the Youtube Vids only?

I mean what better training is there than training as you fight, we could be the best training opportunity they could ever have.....but they wont.

No worries at all, maybe you can get with some of the other commanders on the US side and see if y'all can combine forces, I mean honestly it could be for the benefit of everybody involved. Let me know if you figure something out and we will get a date that works for everybody.

Thank you for showing interest also!

Can also switch it up. If some Union companies want to defend, we can hop on as Union boys and attack.

Agreed ... Historical animosity between Units does not have to translate into the same between players, imo.

Question ...
Don't these people realize that NOW is the best time to skirmish?
No Consequences ... Good Experience ... Forms Connections between Team Members AND Units
Where is the downside to a little practice? Fear of shame? What is to be gained from bragging about winning against partial Units in a game that isn't even complete?
The Alpha is about Testing, Learning and Having Fun ... not sure why anyone would pass on our Offer.
Safety is not Security ... Drilling is not Soldiering.
I sure hope the Union gets more people like the Brave 95th New York, who we /salute and invite for a rematch ... any time.

So, apparently the 95th have the most courage amongst the Union forces. Well salute to Captain Ross and his New York boys. We will take any comers to battle, and are open to terms for fairness on both sides. What's the point of having a company, regiment, brigade, or division if there is no organized line battles or at least skirmishes? Kinda pointless, speaking for my 6th Louisiana Tigers Company A, we will take on anyone who is willing to get it in. My boys fight, and wont shy away from any competitors.
