Some History : The First Minnesota Infantry Regiment was one of the first units organized after President Lincoln's call for 75,000 troops in April, 1861. The regiment quickly filled with enthusiastic men from all parts of Minnesota and was one of the few regiments that received training by a qualified officer. Colonel Gorman was a demanding but competent taskmaster and by July, 1861 the regiment had been sent east and fought with distinction at the battle of Bull Run under Colonel Gormans leadership. The regiment participated in all the major campaigns of the Army of the Potomac through the fall of 1863 and a portion of the command called the First Battalion was present at Appomattox, the final battle of the war.We in the 1st Minnesota Company Welcome all Minnesotan's and brothers in arms to our friendly hospitality,loyalty and respect of those who will fight alongside me! yes this seems to be happening alot unfortunately most of these people need to learn the ropes from private up to capt of a company before they even think of starting a company let alone a battalion
to many chiefs no indians
thats why they need to make the company tool strictly for only people who have access to the game not just any email address that would clear alot of this up

as bradley said join an established union company and learn the ropes i am sure tyler will take you in and teach you from private all the way up
