Two of my ancestors; Private Everett C Lassiter and Sargent Jesse B Lassiter (they were brothers) were captured at this battle.

Can anyone tell me where they would've been captured during the battle since they were taken together as POW's?

Prepare for a rabbit hole. My gg-grandfather and his brother were captured at Fredericksburg, later, I found, as part of a detachment left in the city to snipe at Federal engineers. Check their service records to verify the battle, then see if any regiment or battalion histories are available.

The 32nd were indeed at Spotsylvania, where they lost 15 men killed, 34 wounded, 1 mia and 226 taken prisoner. Jesse served in Companies C & D while Everett served in C. The roll number for Jesse's service record is M230 ROLL 22 while for Everett it's M230 ROLL 23. It's very unlikely you'll ever find out where at Spotsylvania they were captured (I've checked the regimental history and neither man is mentioned)

And here's E's parole card, as well,

There were no less than six Lassiter's in the same company, I would encourage you to look very closely at the 1850 census to determine what relation all of these are to your ancestor.
