2nd U.S. Artillery Tidball's Battery G

We are small Artillery Battery that is eagerly waiting for the release of Artillery in War of Rights. Currently acting as a small skrimisher unit in events twice a week we have a lot of fun. Events are usually on the weekend, but we do sometimes attend events during the week. We are a NA unit and personally I am from the East Coast. Our main goal in the 2nd US Battery G is to be a effective fighting force, while still maintaining a high level of fun for our members.

History
2nd US Artillery History:
Twelve batteries of the 2nd US Artillery served throughout the American Civil War,[8] and Battery M fired the first shot of the Union Army at the First Battle of Bull Run. At the time, the battery was commanded by 2LT Peter Conover Hains, who later became the last veteran of the Civil War to serve on active duty, being recalled from retirement with the outbreak of the First World War to serve as commander of the Eastern District of the Corps of Engineers from 1917-1918. Hains had retired originally in 1904 as a brigadier general of the Corps of Engineers, and in 1916 was promoted to major general on the retired list.[9]
Battery G History:
The battery was stationed at Fort Mackinac, Mackinac Island, Michigan in May 1861 when it was ordered to Washington, D.C. and attached to Davies' Brigade, Miles' Division, McDowell's Army of Northeastern Virginia, June to August 1861. Kearney's Brigade, Division of the Potomac, to October 1861. Artillery, Franklin's Division, Army of the Potomac, to January 1862. Artillery, Heintzelman's Division, Army of the Potomac, to March 1862. Artillery, 3rd Division, III Corps, Army of the Potomac, to August 1862. Artillery, 1st Division, IV Corps, Army of the Potomac, to September 1862. Artillery, 3rd Division, VI Corps, Army of the Potomac, to May 1863. Artillery Brigade, VI Corps, to August, 1863. 2nd Brigade, Horse Artillery, Army of the Potomac, to June 1864. 1st Brigade, DeRussy's Division, XXII Corps, Defenses of Washington, D.C., south of the Potomac, to August 1865.
Our History:
This battery was created by myself, Captain SupahZebra, on May 1st, 2017. As a former member of a the 1st Delaware Artillery, in the Dixie Army, for Mount and Blade I was drawn to artillery. We are currently acting as skrimishier and mainly participate in North and South events on Saturdays.
