This video highlights something I've had concerns over since we first started testing. The blast radius seems really small, there's no way the guy filming, the guy kneeling or the guy to the right...
Also, three times today I've seen a shell go off beside someone, like beside their heads one went between my legs and did 0 damage. Please fix.

Considering there are already maps where the enemy is able to shoot directly into spawn points, there is going to need to be some sort of protection for people spawning in.
