are the Richmond Howitzers 1st. Company apart of the 40+For the waiting, some artillery uniforms
Its a mixture of Light and Regular batteries.
Some more information regarding uniforms:
We will have over +40 batteries in the first initial release of the artillery.

Which is why the devs are taking so long on the arty update. They are really busy with this ^^^
Is there ANY development going on for this game now? Have the devs just walked away from it completely? How do they have the NERVE to take the money they've taken from people and not deliver on promises and/or at least provide UPDATES ON PROGRESS?

Development is still ongoing, although it has reached a bottleneck with artillery and a large network update (that I assume is still happening), and is therefore taking up every resource available. It should go without saying, but you have chosen to fund an Early Access product and as such it may not be subject to completion.
I understand completely that I bought an early access game, but given the time involved and the number of people waiting, my point is that it wouldn't cost the devs a dime or take much effort to at least provide an update on their progress. It's not about "contractual obligation", it's about doing the right thing for your customers.
