When private servers are available, the owners will have administrative abilities, but I highly doubt a vote-kick system will be added to public servers (the only place I would see the use of a public vote-kick system). Also, if you have a lot of questions, I recommend making a thread that lists them all at once to answer them quicker.

You aren't thinking of the possibility of the steam workshop. There doesn't need to be 3rd party website mods...

I certainly did consider Steam Workshop mods.

However, I do feel the more important point was that in an online-only game with a small player base it is a bad idea to split the community as mods inevitably do (not everyone wants to play the same mods). Of course we have no idea how big the player base might get after a wider release, but it will still be a niche game.

Will there be any upgrades to the current servers we have? I live in US Michigan and get 70-100 ping in the US East servers and 120-300 ping in NA West servers on average. This seems really bad and would like to see the servers be upgraded.

Anything under 120ms is generally good for 3d games. at under 100 you won't see any lag worse than a developer actually playing on there own test network.

I have a question i brought the corporal rank a while ago and i also upgraded to sergeant later that day, but i still haven't got the rank on my profile i was wondering would it be because the paypal account email i used is different to my war of rights email i used to sign up.
