My laptop with lower specs runs the game smooth on low/medium settings. Haven't tried high since I doubt that will run smooth and I prefer smooth against laggy beautifull ingame visions.

Can you upgrade anything on your computer? Is it a Desktop?

If you can upgrade, here are my suggestions:

1. Upgrade the Graphics Card (that's it).
Also, make sure the game is installed on your SSD, for quicker rendering and loading of the files (if you are not sure how to do this, there are ways to migrate your Steam files over to your SSD pretty easily that will not require you to download all games, just have to verify the integrity of your files).

Other than that, your specs far surpass those that are recommended.

Hello all, newbie here. I have seen many videos showing when shooting, the person was able to look down the sight as if in zoom. From what I can tell these rifles were not a sharpshooters rifle. My question is how does one enable the sight zoom?
