Looking for a company/members.

I am Captain Russell,

I backed WoR a while ago at the Captain tier, I am a competitive gamer in the process of a new PC build. I mainly play "Squad" https://joinsquad.com/ as a Squad Leader of 9-man squad in a modern combat setting. I am starting a WoR skirmisher section of roughly 9-10 men that can detach from a parent company and skirmish with the enemy. The plan would be to affiliate with a bigger company to play in events and scrims. I play Squad competitively and I am also putting together 9-man team for that. Just bought the game last week and have been playing a few days to get used to the game. I am a new player looking to join a CSA regiment!
I would like to find a EU regiment or one that at least accepts EU player ( just for timezone similarity, nothing against all you NA boys!)

You can check the list of 'Active regiments' , but preferable the best way is to join events (matches) and see which regiments that interest you.
The only advice I can give is take your time, it's better to wait then to regiment hop cause it didn't work out
