I heard that the Alpha's 1st Wave (Lt Col and higher) was being moved back to mid June, meaning Cpt and Maj will have to wait even longer, is this true?

Where did you hear that, from what I know, the Drill Camp will be released to Lt.Col and Higher Mid-May so maybe less than a week, and Cpt and Maj will get it June to July.

I heard it from the 1st Tx Col, so I wanted to hear from a dev or moderator.

That is definately not the case. The Drill Camp for Lieutenant Colonals and higher is still scheduled for mid May.
