My hat off to you Sir A well geared and prepared soldier can make a difference.

I see you OC'ed your Coffee Lake CPU (is that on air or water ... or magic ?), I presume your monitor is OC'ed to considering mine is a 144HZ.
But I do believe you might have a minor benefit in getting 3000mhz+ RAM for Coffee lake (your timings are great don't get me wrong and yes the price goes up fast while the gain is small).
Do you use a Sata SSD or an M.2 ? (i'm also interested in your mobo, power supply ....)

Well.. sadly enough i cheaped out on some parts...It's on a crappy AIO cooler as of now.(Tundra). Monitor is a S2417DG.

Running 5Ghz at 1.275volts, seen people lower than that, but not sure if they were stable for them, anything below 1.275v crashes @Realbench / OCCT.
Temps are way too high for my taste in Benchmarks, (Realbench,OCCT), can reach up to 92C on core #1/2 in these benchmarks only. in-game max 55c. ( UNDELIDDED! )
    I'm confident that i can reach 5.2 / 5.3Ghz with an undelidded 8700k, maybe 5.4Ghz, seems i got a good batch.(pre-order)

But you are right about that, i can get speeds up to 3600+ with X.M.P, but the standard timings are pretty bad, haven;t really messed with the timings. (CL14 16-16-36)
I'd also recommend not getting my mobo,(Z370 ULTRA GAMING). invest in something better. ( Hero ).

Powersupply is a Corsair 750x watt.
    I only use SSD's.

I just joined a couple days ago, and didn't really have any issues until today. It locks up at the "choose faction" screen and I have to force close. I get regular crash to desktop when trying to join a server.

While in game it seems fine. I do get audio bugs here and there, but no gameplay issues.

    3) 16 GB RAM

    5) Was fine up until the last patch. Patch 100 has caused extensive crashes when loading the map. I can hear gunfire, and players talking, but I never get to choose a side, nor a regiment.
