Maybe it is to update for any campaigns the community organizes, like if both armies got together and fought the Maryland campaign it would update the casualties and victories for whichever side. Or I could be blowing smoke out my ass

To me, the appearance of all these sub-forums involving the campaigns, makes me feel like we're getting close to a release!
