The CSA didn't use Corps during the maryland campagin And Jackson and Longstreet where not LT. Generals.
(they each commanded a wing and where Major generals)

Here is Lee's letter suggesting who to promote to LT. Generals. (dated october 2nd, 1862)

Longstreet was promoted pr October 9 and Jackson the following day.

And I don't have any evidence for this right now, but Nathan Evans Brigade (Tramp Brigade) was not in any certain division, in most of the war they weren't in any division but just "reporting directly"
