Article 1 : Le Corps est dirigé par un Général et par les chefs des régiments.
Article 1a : En l’absence du Général, le conseil d’État-Major dirige le corps.
Article 2 : L’élection du Général se fait à l’unanimité avec chaque représentant de chaque régiment.
Article 2a : Le corps électoral est composé du chef de régiment et de son second
Article 2b : Pour candidater, il faut avoir minimum deux parrainages d’un membre du corps électoral et faire partie officiellement du corps.
Article 2C : Le vote est ouvert et oral.
Article 2d : L’abstention équivaut à un oui.
Article 2e : La procuration est possible si un membre ne peut assister au conseil.
Article 3 : La destitution du Général doit être approuvée par le collège électoral à une majorité des 8/10
Article 3a : La destitution doit avoir lieu en présence de la totalité du corps électoral.
Article 3b : Les causes de la destitution sont jugées collégialement.
Article 3c : suite à la destitution, un vote aura lieu la semaine suivante pour l’établissement d’un Général.
Article 3d : Si absence est constatée, le vote par procuration reste néanmoins possible.
Article 4 : Le Conseil d’État-major vote les sanctions demandées par le Général ou par un membre de ce conseil.
Article 4a : le conseil d’État-major est composé du chef du régiment et de son second.
Article 4b : la majorité absolue est obligatoire.
Article 4c : Les affaires classiques sont votées par tout le CEM.
Article 4d : les affaires classique sont jugées souverainement par le général ou par le CEM
Article 5 : Pour les affaires dites « importantes », seules les voix des chefs des régiments sont comptabilisées avec celui du Général.
Article 5a : En cas d’égalité, le vote du Général est prédominant.
Article 5b : En l’absence du chef de régiment, le second a le droit de vote.
Article 5c : Les affaires dites importantes sont souverainement jugé par la majorité du conseil.
Article 6 : Les chefs de régiments font ce qu’ils veulent dans leur propre régiment.

Article 6b : Néanmoins, lors d’une nomination d’un second, le chef de régiment doit avoir reçu l’avis du Général.

Article 6e : Seul le vote du CEM est obligatoire, lors d’un changement de contrôle du régiment.
Article 7 : Les sanctions disciplinaires sont régies par le régiment de l’intéressé.
Article 7a : Les sanctions allant du simple blâme au bannissement permanent.
Article 7b : Le Général peut avoir un avis sans décision de jugement, le chef du régiment est souverain.
Article 7c : Le bannissement est permanent et souverain. Le chef du régiment de la personne en question décide son dé-bannissement.
Article 7d : En revanche, le CEM peut opté la clémence comme une remise de peine, soit une intégration dans un autre régiment.
Article 7e : Seul les Administrateurs auront le droit de voir la ban liste
Article 7.1 : Lors des problèmes généraux au sein du corps, le vote de sanctions sera régie par le CEM.
