Next day it was back up. I guess it was an update thing.
There is a tker, he found another way to circumvent around bans, i was just in the II Corps - Buck and Ball Torture server, his name was N*gger Jim, he kept tking but before he was temp banned by the server, the admin already banned him for 99 days, in 10 minutes, he would be back again. Saw this happen for about 8/10 times.
My current internet speed is:
198.6 Mbps download 5.55 Mbps upload
I got stuck in the Establishing Context loading screen.
The server had 140+ players and I was logged in before, I just had to leave to change tags for a clan battle. I return to the server and I became stuck.
System Specs:
AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core 3.30 Ghz
32.0 GB RAM
64-BIT Windows 10 Home
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
War of Rights is installed on a SSD 500 GB
Servers down?
I refresh and nothing comes up?

Hey Dev's,
I'm having a weird issue, game loads completely fine, I can see all servers, when I pick on a list, when I begin the load in process, it stays forever at the "establishing context" portion. Anything I can do on my end to fix this situation?
I've been stuck on eternal "establishing contexts" on the arty test server for many. many times (50+ attempts and finally solved it).
I've tried a palette of different solutions and some have (temporarily or permanently) worked.
I'd like to make a list of possible solutions but since I can't post new threads yet, I'll post that as a reply.

1. Close the game by:
1.1 alt + f4;
1.2 Task manager;
1.3 Restarting PC;
Followed by restarting steam client.
Restart WoR and attempt to connect.
2. Restart Wi-Fi router, reconnect to Wi-Fi network before attemting solution 1..
3. Delete local files of WoR, redownload WoR and attempt to connect.
4. Use "check local files" function of Steam instead of solution 3., validate local files and attempt solution 1..
5. Add WoR to whitelist of your:
5.1 Firewall;
5.2 Antivirus software
before attempting solution 1.
6. Alternatively, shut down 5.1 and/or 5.2 before attempting solution 1. (This one has solved my issue)
This is not a comprehensive list but it covers all the solutions I have tried.
I hope this would be useful for people getting into the same frustrating situation as I have.
