    No.

It's a hard one to solve - expect it to take quite some time.

The game files do not include a crashhandler so your system asks for a file that's not there in the first place.

Again, your problem sounds like a personal computer issue, and as has been stated, Windows O.S. related. Waiting for the developers to address your individual computer problems is going to be a long wait.

Be proactive. Given the small number of incidents of this occurring, it is your hardware / software, not the game programming. Being proactive means addressing your Windows O.S. issues by contacting Microsoft for updates. It also means updating all drivers for all your components.

    Good Luck.

I just had this problem with a friend of mine aswell. A other friend of him asked him with disk he has it installed on. Apperently on the E Drive. He got recomended to move the instalation folder to the C Drive. And now it works, no idea why. Might be something random.

Before hand I transfered some files (VC2008,VC2010,VC2012,VC2013) folders in there, no idea if this had any affect after the change of instalation folder

    I have 2 hard disks. a 750GB SSD and 1TB HDD.

I used to play war of rights from my SSD. as it was installed there, but re-installing did not work.
