Looking forward to more 6th LA videos. Always shows how well we communicate and the results in battles speak for themselves!

Another great drill turnout for the 6th LA tonight. Best part, it was a pop-up drill! We just keep turning out numbers and honing our abilities! Huzza 6th LA!

Another weekend past and another weekend of well fought wins! This Sunday 6th LA teamed up with 1st GA who is also part of the II corps as we helped stress test the 200 man servers on the Harper's ferry map rotation. Below you will see some of the carnage that was a result of the price paid for victory. 6th LA also had a very strong presence in the days prior during the stress tests for the other map modes and I would like to thank the multiple regiments who took the field with us those days and made it successful.

If you would like to join in the fun feel free to contact one of us, post here, or go to our website. If you would like to schedule a event or train with us you are also welcome to do so. We will gladly help out other regiments or new players to achieve any goals they might have in the WoR community.

For any French speaking players our Company F Raging Cajuns are some of the best in the game!

If your still trying to figure out where you land in this crazy game of ours, allow me to say a few things and then present you with a few options if you are interested.

6th LA is currently one of the most active, and best regiments in the game under the leadership of Col. Paioletti, Lt Col. Red leader and Major Cowles. We are part of the II Corps along with 1st GA and the newest part of our family 2nd VA. While we have a long history in this game we are constantly evolving to meet the challenges presented to us in a ever changing game. We do this through the mentorship of long time players and new members with fresh ideas. You will find our playstyle is very aggressive at times but we are still able to adapt and slow down the pace when needed. 6th LA plays to win, you will not see us quick time marching down the road to look good, we leave that in our drills.

When you join 6th LA you are joining more then a regiment. We pride ourselves on keeping a jovial atmosphere in day by day conversations but a serious one when we are in events. Most of our activities occur Friday through Monday with "pop up" events and drills usually during the week. None of our events are mandatory, we encourage you to attend as much as possible but we all realize real life comes first and will not hold it against you.

A few of our achievements make us stand out. We have the largest French speaking company in the game. Our company F "Raging Cajuns" are absolute beasts on the battlefield. If you speak French I highly suggest you check them out.

Game wise we hold the longest shot on a target at just over 1200 yards with many other members being able to hit long shots well beyond what many (including myself) thought possible. Do you have what it takes to make our wall of fame?

We also hold the record for the longest winning streak. While at the time it wasn't all 6th LA guys, and as the night grew longer our people online grew less, many people that played that night credited our leadership and those playing to a unbelievable win streak of 33-0. I would also like to thank those non 6th LA players who were on that night for following orders and playing as a team in order to reach that huge milestone, and I'm happy to say that many after that evening decided to join and now partake in the fun we have on a daily basis.

When you choose to join 6th LA you have 6 companies to choose from and while we all play as 1 we do have our subtle differences and enjoy a friendly banter between them all.

A company: A company is where it all began. The Old Guard. You will get your daily dose of sultry voices and half of the basic food groups. Be careful of the Koalas however, they don't like to be squeezed.

B company: B company will be your destination if you have a unhealthy addiction to sunflower seeds or if you ever found yourself in need of new shoes. Buyer beware, B company holds regular shoe musters and if you are found without, the results can be disastrous. It is also rumored that you need a beard over a certain length to join.

C company: This is home to the other half of the food groups. They also always require more cowbell, take your safety very seriously and look forward to killing everything in sight.

D company: Only look to join D if you can handle the D. These boys require you to take a test in which you must figure out why hitting the V button is related to horses. D company also holds the happiest days in the game.

E company: These are our elite. Our eyes and ears on the battlefield. Has your head ever been split open and the main line is no where near you? Chances are it was these boys. If you are looking to join this company it is highly recommended you bring mint juleps.

F company: As mentioned before, our Raging Canjuns. 6th LA's French speaking company. These boys would make any drill instructor smile and it shows when you play with them. They show no fear when facing enemies on the battlefield and they are also home to the gentleman who holds the long shot record.

Reach out if you would like to join to become one of the family, also if you would like to keep your company and perhaps become part of II Corps you can also contact us. Finally if you are interested in scheduling a match against us we will always welcome the competition.

    Have fun gents!

1 month until our 3 year anniversary Tigers! May 23rd, ironically the same day the 6th was mustered in 61' will be three years for us now and we will be officially celebrating on Sunday the 26th at 7pm EST (1 hour before event). It will commence with a parade march lead by Captain Drunkenbagpiper, Speeches from officers, and massive promotions (ive been working the wing system for almost a year now for a reason hint* hint*) which will then be followed by the Sunday Night Community Event.......Devs* perhaps we can open up a 200 man server for that date in which hopefully we have have one of the guys on the CG team moderate so we can choose maps in the same way i do for events on private servers. 200 man server would give us the opportunity to have II Corps take on 1st TX and our Union friends (9th ny, 1st cav, 1st MA, 72nd PA) without some being left out of the action. I love all you guys who have stuck with me and made this unit one of the communities largest and most dominant in the field!
