Sorry to the gentlemen within the 9th NY to which have been elected to the various positions within regiment for January 2019. I am late on this announcement.

We begin this month, a little late, with staff changes to Company A, B, & E of the 9th New York Volunteers. The new staff for January 2019 are as follows:
