Possible game fixes for others.
POSSIBLE STABILITY FIXES
Possible game stability Fixes
~Sgt.Calm~
1) Never Start Game through STEAM, always use the Game shortcut provided. (a) yes you will see lower right, or somewhere, other players appear from your friends list, that are on Steam, but STEAM IS NOT ON.
2) Go to the Graphics Location for Game and set to OVER ALL LOW setting. you can always go into graphics and adjust to the next level medium, high, ect, ect..... once you have established a stable foundation from which to start from.
3) Go into windows on your desktop, laptop and set the WINDOWS COLOURS to BASIC. after I did step 3 for me GAME BUGS stopped 90%.
4) After I completed these 3 simple steps, for my machine, a desktop, no more Mic drops, no more Freeze flashing, no more getting stuck at the Load in point just before the choose Faction Page, or just after and getting an all BLACK SCREEN.
5) ALWAYS turn off game from TASK MANAGER .
6) TURN OFF MOTION BLUR, and for all changes made in graphic settings of WOR game be sure to save changes, Bottom right of that graphics page.
7) While in the WINDOWS TASK MANAGER ,with a right click of the mouse, you can change the over all settings of the game SET PRIORITY from Normal to real time and back to low. Now for me I have a stable enough machine after the 3 steps described, Im ok leaving game at normal. but to do this would require the game running to make changes to this degree, before you actually went to the servers list of WOR. and yes one would have to do this for each time you started the game, more than likely. NOT for EACH game map once your playing.
Game bugs that seem to persist
(1a). If I choose 1 side or the other, its 50-50 chance that game will Totally freeze up if I choose another side.
(2b) if I choose to go to desktop while in game play, to access another program, i.e. Discord, its a 50-50 chance GAME will FREEZE. Only thing I can do is go into my Task Manager and TURN GAME OFF, Then Restart Game. You will find the Game with ease under the Processes TAB way down the list, in the alphebetical order, with WOR. The game glitches has to do with the Physical Memory, and you will see it at 99%. The only Process, you need to turn off is that one. LEAVE EVERYTHING ELSE ALONE, or you will have to restart PC, if you inadvertantly turned something off, that you shouldnt have. I hope this helps.
(3c) Now one thing I have noticed by doing this, is, if you stand back just far enough example the corn field, you can see the entire opposite forces in a line, and thus they think are hidden from view, but are in fact not, until you get to close and now they are hidden from view, and all that corn stalk appears in front of your face. well its what I had to do in order to stabilize game freezing and all the other nonsense. I hope these suggestions help other players. when the game has been released I hope I can increase the graphics without Game crashes and freezing in place.
(4d) for those who seem to get stuck not being able to move sideways and can only move Forward, try holding alt tab down and hit F5 or F6 key, this should release you for full movement mode.
(5e) One will no longer be able to hide in a corn field, if you stand back far enough, one can see everyone till your close enough to see the corn stalk, so ups and downs.
(6f) now after long period of play, you may yet develop game errors, that because the physical memory has gone up over 80% and for me thats about a solid 4 hours of play for me, so I just restart game and play on.
(7g) I still get from time to time, where I cant get past load in screen, so I just restart game, till i
(8h) I turned off VSYNC not sure as to what it does but My game is very stable now, and good enough till bugs are fixed until i can start increasing graphics and I have a gaming PC.
(9i) I do go into War of Rights and set Game priority through Task Manager from normal to above normal when I play on the EU server, or I freeze up at load in if i dont.
