    The Morale Display

I was thinking that you should only be able to see the morale level of the team your on. This would make gameplay (at least from a leading perspective) A bit more strategic and possibly less charge happy. Also would lead to different strategies being deployed and some meta's being eliminated. Commanders would have to be way more cautious and it in my opinion would give the game a more realistic feel. Just a thought I had.

Definitely, it would also help prevent lulls in the gameplay and force any considerations to factor in their actual perception of how they've been dealing the enemy team and not just going off the display.

Interesting idea, I'd be willing to try it.

Not a terrible idea. That would definitely change the way we play skirmishes a lot.

I wouldn't like to see this unless it is an option for certain servers. If anything we need a little more information.

Then you need to watch the battlefield a bit more soldier and make sure your scouts are properly deployed

This could turn skirmish to picket, so, no. Optional, sure, but not permanent. Seeing morale levels on both sides allows for a more interesting gameplay. Less realistic, sure, but then, why don't I see picket servers anymore?

To answer your question there mate is that the people who like to play picket patrol are more catered to companies than to pubs. Pubs don't like picket because they lack a form of command structure such as a team speak or discord to tell people what to do. Once a pub CO dies on the battlefield the majority of the pubs run around acting like their heads cut off. However I have seen some pubs step up to keep lines going, but pickets isn't as satisfactory as skirmishes are.

I would love to see this implemented because it brings a form of realism to the game. This game's foundation is founded on being as realistic as possible. Perhaps a way to help smooth this out is the only person that could see that the other side is breaking is if the CO's when they look through their field glasses that they can see the status of the enemies tickets

This is a great idea. Let's try it.

This would turn Skirmishes into Picket
Because you can't tell how many tickets the enemy has left? I think not.

Less realistic, sure, but then, why don't I see picket servers anymore?
Because your average player doesn't want to spectate for 15 minutes, and some unit commanders are afraid to step out of the comfort zone that is "skirmish meta."

    Wrong.
    1) I would play Picket but there isn't even one server available. The more tactical approach was enjoyable, while it lasted
    2) Seeing the morale of the enemy is the equivalent of looking on the battlefield and assessing their casualties. Since every death does not produce a corpse for the reminder of the match (not to say the lag that would induce), the realism of a battlefield demands another estimate of the numbers killed
    3) Will you kill the child with "realism"? I do not see how skirmish will become more attractive to be played, not knowing even the enemy reserves. How will you know if your team fares better or worse in that position? Until when will you hunker down? When will you charge? Perhaps you'll wait at Taking losses until the very last minutes while the enemy is at last stand. No, much of the dynamic of skirmish will be lost
    4) It's a variant I'd try, frankly, if there's nothing else to try, so make it optional for server owners.
    5) Ease up on "mates". A brigadier general was usually upper class.
