Looks very similar to the battle flag that 1st Texas carries if not exactly the same. Given that they are from the same brigade, it makes sense to sport the same battle flag.

The crossbars were sewn over top of a solid field of red, which when faded gives them that color. Other battle flags were cut and sewn together, rather than over top of a solid field.
