The Battalion Command structure has been established and consists of 6 departments. These departments aim to spread the workload of running the Battalion to those who are willing and able to work and wish to see the Battalion grow stronger.

These jobs are done in your own time and can be held by men of any rank. They are a chance for budding Privates, NCOs and Officers to take on more responsibilities above their regular duties. Each department will be headed by a senior commander who's rank will not matter, the best man for the job will fill the roll. The other positions in the departments will also be held by the men best suited for the job. All departments will be split EU and NA so that it can be operated, if possible, 24/7. Any man that chooses to fill a job position and fails to carry out his duty in the roll of responsibility will be removed from his appointment.

The following are the departments that have been established and their duty within the Battalion:

Battalion Stores: This will be the technical department of the Battalion. Their duty will include, but not limited to, running and maintaining of Battalion assests such as the website, teamspeak, servers etc. The department is headed by the Quartermaster and his 2ic the Quartermaster Sergeant, both currently honorific titles and not yet ranks.

Signals Division: This will be the Public Relations department of the Battalion. Their duties will include, but not limited to, mainting the public image of the Battalion by operating the public threads, newsletters or keeping in contact with other unit commanders. This department is currently headed by Major Roy Stone.

Provost Company: The iron fist of the Battalion, the Provost Co. will be the main force of justice in the Battalion. They will be charged with the establishing of the rule book and administration of said rule book. All matters of punishment will go through this department. Admission into the Provost Company is restricted to NCOs and above. This department is currently headed by Captain Dennis McGee

Finance Division: This department will be charged with the management of Battalion finances, as the name suggests. Their duties will include, but not limited to, management of donations and the recording of due payments for servers. This department shall be headed by the Commissary, a honorific title and not currently a rank.

Adjutant Corps: This department's primary duties involve the management of personnel within the Battalion. Its primary focuses is to deal with attendance, transfers, and filing of disciplinary actions including discharges, and demerits. This department is currently headed by Captain Samuel Mack

Inspecter General Corps: This department will be without a doubt the largest of all the departments. Their duties will include, but not limited to, training new recruits as drill instructors, enlistment liaison and recruting duties.

Filling posts within these departments will help to further your career as a member of the 42nd Pennsylvania. It will prove to Bn. HQ and Co. HQ that you are willing to help strengthen the Battalion.

I look forward to the future of the Battalion and hope that we continue to grow!

    Signed
    Major Roy Stone

On Company E, Pennsylvania needs to be capitalized on top. On Company F, Infantry needs to be capitalized on top. You may also want to get rid of the periods before and after each line. If people are going to want their names on the .sigs, to individualize them, it may be better to put both lines of text below the image. Would it be possible to do one of each for each company?
